Certain events promoted through MrChambersNYC may take place at independently owned and operated venues.

2. EVENT INFORMATION

MrChambersNYC makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information concerning event dates, times, locations, performers, DJs, hosts, admission requirements, pricing, promotions, packages, and other event details.

However, event information may change without notice.

Venues, performers, DJs, hosts, promoters, event times, pricing, packages, and other event details may be changed, substituted, postponed, relocated, or canceled when circumstances require.

MrChambersNYC does not guarantee the appearance of any particular performer, DJ, host, celebrity, or other individual unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

3. ADMISSION AND VENUE POLICIES

Admission to any event is subject to the rules and policies of the applicable venue.

Guests may be required to present valid government-issued identification and meet applicable age requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, nightlife events promoted through MrChambersNYC may be restricted to guests who are 21 years of age or older.

Venues may enforce dress codes, security procedures, capacity restrictions, age requirements, and standards of conduct.

Purchasing a ticket, making a reservation, joining a guest list, or receiving an RSVP confirmation does not override a venue’s lawful right to refuse admission or remove a guest for reasons including:

Failure to provide acceptable identification
Failure to comply with the dress code
Intoxication or disorderly behavior
Harassment or threatening conduct
Possession of prohibited items
Safety or security concerns
Violation of venue rules
Capacity restrictions

MrChambersNYC is not responsible for admission decisions independently made by a venue or its authorized personnel.

4. TICKETS, RSVPs, AND GUEST LISTS

Tickets, RSVPs, guest-list registrations, and similar arrangements may be subject to specific conditions displayed at the time of registration or purchase.

An RSVP does not necessarily guarantee admission.

Free-admission offers may be subject to arrival deadlines, capacity restrictions, dress codes, age requirements, or other promotional conditions.

Guests arriving after a promotional deadline may be required to pay the applicable admission price.

Tickets may be sold or distributed through third-party ticketing platforms. Purchases made through third-party platforms may additionally be subject to that platform’s terms, refund policies, privacy practices, and other conditions.

5. VIP TABLES, BOTTLE SERVICE, AND RESERVATIONS

VIP tables, bottle service, birthday packages, and other reservations may require a deposit or advance payment.

Prices, minimum spends, taxes, gratuities, service charges, processing fees, guest limits, arrival requirements, and other charges may vary depending on the venue and event.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, a reservation request is not considered confirmed until the required deposit or confirmation has been received.

Guests are responsible for reviewing their reservation details before submitting payment.

Additional venue charges may apply and may be collected directly by the venue.

6. DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

All ticket purchases, deposits, reservation payments, and other transactions are subject to the refund and cancellation policy disclosed at the time of purchase or booking.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, deposits used to secure VIP tables, bottle service, birthday packages, or similar reservations may be non-refundable.

Refund eligibility for canceled or postponed events may depend on the applicable event, venue, ticketing provider, and circumstances surrounding the cancellation or postponement.

Processing fees, ticketing fees, or third-party service fees may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Failure to attend an event does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

Prices and promotions displayed on MrChambersNYC.com or advertised through social media, SMS, email, flyers, or other promotional channels are subject to availability and applicable conditions.
